In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability, or $100, whichever is greater.

Certain features may require a paid subscription. Billing is handled through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms of service in addition to these Terms. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
